U.S. Denies Link to Mars Mission FailureWashington (RIA Novosti) Jan 24, 2012 A spokesperson at the Department of State denied information that the crash of the Phobos-Grunt probe to the Martian moon Phobos could have been caused by a powerful electromagnetic emission from a U.S. radar.
